Bags and bags and bags of food – all from the food drive yesterday at Stop & Shop, sponsored by the Food Bank for Westchester.  We ended up with 2,150 pounds of food!!!  Now to sort it all.

Attended a forum entitled “Know Your Rights” on March 23 with Legislator Virginia Perez, focusing on immigrants’ rights.  Graciela Hayman of Westchester Hispanic Coalition gave tips on what to do if an Immigration representative comes to your house or stops you in the street.
